Description
Ideal Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) with forward voltage and on-resistance.
- Opens if its gate (control input signal) is equal to zero.
- Conducts a current from Collector to Emitter if its gate (set by the control signal) is different from zero.
